The Tuscan resort of Castelfalfi has completed its renovation which began in 2022, encompassing room restyling, the main restaurant Olivina, the addition of four new suites and a new spa. The stylized figure of an Etruscan horse within a circle, melding with the Pegasus, symbolizes Tuscany and serves as the new graphic emblem of the property.

With its arrival in Europe, Avani makes its debut in Italy with this modern hotel (formerly owned by NH) located in the Dorsoduro district of Venice, known for its authentic Venetian atmosphere, restaurants, and cultural sites. The northern Sardinia resort will join the Curio Collection by Hilton before the 2024 season, becoming part of the five Italian hotels already operating under this brand. Announcing the Michelin Guide “Key”

The Michelin Guide is expanding its expertise to include hotels in 2024, introducing 'keys' as a new recognition. Similar to stars for restaurants, these keys will reward hotels who offer a unique experience including added value, design, authenticity, and services. The keys will be anonymously awarded by inspectors beginning in mid-2024.

Autem Milano, Milan - May 2023
Luca Natalini finally opens his venue after a two-year wait. The restaurant stands out for its unique concept: menus crafted daily based on the freshness of the ingredients displayed at the venue's entrance. Offering four tasting options - Carta Bianca, Carne, Pesce, Vegetale - and a 'blind' tasting experience, the restaurant also features a signature dish: Pasta in bianco.

Caruso, Milan - September 2023
Caruso Nuovo Bistrot, nestled in the Grand Hotel et de Milan, unveils a revamped identity with Dimorestudio's new interior design and chefs Gennaro Esposito and Francesco Potenza at the helm. Overlooking Piazzetta Croce Rossa, it's a chic spot in Via Montenapoleone's exclusive shopping area. The menu, blending Neapolitan and Milanese traditions, offers shareable dishes in a lively ambiance for both lunch and dinner, catering to quick bites at lunch and leisurely evenings among friends.

Niko Romito al Bulgari HotelRome - June 2023
The Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito unveils his seventh restaurant at the new Bulgari Hotel. Overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus from the 5th floor, The Restaurant - Niko Romito offers a  welcoming and refined ambiance, including mahogany walls and Bulgari artwork. The menu showcases contemporary Italian cuisine through iconic Italian recipes, reimagined to emphasize purity and lightness.

Basalto, Catania - October 2023
Within the new  Palazzo Sangiorgio stands the gourmet restaurant Basalto. It delights both hotel guests and external visitors with a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Sicilian cuisine. Led by the young Chef Jonathan Mirabella, the menu offers a touch of modernity and exoticism to classic Sicilian dishes. The space includes a rooftop and an internal courtyard with the impressive Giovanni Battista Vaccarini Staircase, providing an elegant setting for dinners, aperitifs, and private events.
