Piedmont to Slovenia – food and wine tour

Every other year the world of “good, clean and fair food” gathers in Turin at Salone del Gusto & Terra Madre, that brings together those players in the food chain who support sustainable agriculture, fishing and breeding, with the goal of preserving taste and biodiversity.
This is a one of a kind opportunity for a journey of the senses through the UNESCO Langhe wine Region, the Parma Food Valley and to stunning Slovenia, featuring undiscovered culinary delights and impressive panoramas. We will sit down and talk with the generous and hospitable owners, wine makers and local producers in their cellars, houses, restaurants, gardens and farms.
This is a special invitation into peoples’ place of work and passion that focuses on the history, wine & food making traditions and culinary magic of Northern Italy and Slovenia.
