Cinecittà: The Factory of Dreams

Monumental, majestic, realistic – the gigantic set depicting ancient Rome is the beating heart of Cinecittà, Europe’s dream factory. Its construction for the 1957 production of Ben-Hur cost the equivalent of one million euros. It is still considered a prime location for films set in ancient Rome. Ridley Scott’s Gladiator was filmed there.

It also happens to be the perfect destination for well-known international brands to celebrate their success triumphantly but with a sense of fun. Here we created a fast-paced, high-energy event for one of our clients and some one thousand guests.

The ancient Rome theme resounded throughout the entire evening. There were gladiators, maidservants and lions. Our client played right along with us, molding communications in SPQR-style. An evening of celebration and dreaming together.
